motivation.

Tonight I had the most amazing workout.
now if I only had that motivation every day.
I have 30 lbs I need to lose.
I have GOT to find the motivation to workout like that every day.
I know it's not all working out, it's eating healthy too.
I'm working on that as well!
I NEED MOTIVATION!
and I don't want to just be skinny.
I WANT TO BE STRONG!

what an inspiring picture!

if you have a sec, i'm trying to do something important today and would love for you to be a part of it. i invite you to design your own quilt square (they're actually super fun and cute) and take a stance against AIDS and then link up on my blog :) it only takes a few minutes!

I'm trying to lose weight too and it's crazy hard to find motivation some days! My favorite thing to do is go to Pinterest and look at the fitness pins. It pumps me up every time!

Another blog I love (that you may have already heard about) is canyoustayfordinner.com. It's not so much about weight loss anymore, but if you go to her archives, it's crazy inspiring. Good luck!

that's the right attitude! Strong IS the new skinny! There's no better feeling than when you're in shape, and you just feel so able to MOVE and run and have energy! You'll get there and all the challenges will be so worth it!

Make a huge posterboard and display it in your living room. Write your daily workouts on there AFTER you have completed them. Showing it off is GREAT MOTIVATION!!

or what Riley and I did after my six weeks postbaby was made goals for ourselves and put prizes for each goal, for example 1. run 3 miles without stopping - ticket to the movies, 2. do 20 push ups in a row - new pair of shoes, 3. bridge for two minutes - new church skirt. We also had these goals hanging up on our refrigerator for all to see.

If you want something lifesaving, check out crossfit and paleo. I was always yoyo-ing till I stumbled upon it and I'm healthier and feeling better then ever! I think that is why my pregnancy is going so great too :) if you want more info on it, lemme know :)

Jenna I know exactly how you feel! You WILL get there. Two words of advice...Weight Watchers. I tried it after baby #3 and it did amazing things for me! You can even do it on your own with a few simple tool's if you don't feel like paying the big bucks to go to meetings and such! Let me know if you need any help, I loved my WW journey :)

Ugh, I seriously need a big gulp size of motivation sent this way. I don't know what it is, but when I have down time, the last thing I want to do is get all sweaty and gross. But I definitely want/need to tone up this post baby body of mine. If you think of any clever ways to ignite this motivation thing, let me know :)
