I had a friend (Ashley Ormson) ask me for the chicken pot pie recipe and so I am going to post it here. Only because I just had some leftovers for lunch and it was still amazing!! And I don't usually like leftovers. But this recipe is so easy and so good I just HAVE to share! It's from a cook book called "Almost Homemade"
"Cheesy Chicken Pot Pie"
you will need:
-2 9-inch pie crust
-2 10-3/4 oz cans cream of potato soup
-2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
-15 oz can mixed vegetables, drained
-2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Line an ungreased 9" pie pan with the first crust. In large bowl mix soup, chicken, vegetables, and cheese together. Then spoon that all into the pie crust and put second pie crust on top, seal and flute the edges. Cut vents in the top for ventilation, bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and boom! Amazing dinner!
