I had my first mothers day as a mother. It is SO amazing being a mommy. There is nothing I would rather be. I have the cutest most amazing daughter! Sunday morning Curtis got up with the baby so I could sleep in which was amazing! Then when I got up I had a card, balloon, and beautiful plant waiting for me. I've been wanting things to make this apartment look more like a home since we don't have very much stuff out here and the plant was exactly what our place needed!
That afternoon we went to a Cardinals game. Luckily we were able to sit in some seats that were in the shade so it made the game very enjoyable since it's so dang hot now.
After that we went over to the famous arch and walk around. We didn't actually go on the arch but we will save that for another day.
I'd say that my first mothers day was a success and I look forward to many more mothers days.
I love you Brooklynn, I am so blessed to be your mommy!
