Today is the day that I am starting a MAJOR cut back in my diet coke intake. It's becoming ridiculous and I'm afraid it's going to kill me. ha, no not really funny. I don't want to quit all together because I love it so why stop altogether? However, I need to drink WAY WAY less and add a lot of WATER to my fluid intake. I think if I can do this then I will be a lot happier with more energy. I also think drinking more water will help in my weight loss. And on top of all that, drinking less diet coke will make diet coke even better because I wont have it as often. I think this is going to be good for me. It's almost 2pm and I've only had one! And I've had a lot of water!
