Our friends Heather and Jake came over to watch the AMA's and brought dessert! It was a fun night and I am very happy that Taylor Swift won artist of the year. You can argue that she doesn't sound all that great live, but she writes ALL of her own music and I think that makes her a GREAT artist! :)
Also, my family is coming in to town for Thanksgiving and it's SO nice that they are coming to us. We have been traveling so much over that past few months that we are thankful that we don't have to go anywhere! We can't wait to have some good fun family time this week!

ah these pictures are so cute! I was gonna go to bed early last night, but then got sucked into the AMA's :) I am glad she won too, I think she definitely deserves it. Her lyrics have helped me through lots of tough times! I was actually thinking about how lots of people didn't sound too good last night, but I guess I'm just used to the radio verions.
my uncle and cousin does the music for the AMA's as well as the country music awards and a bunch of others. They were totally there :-p
