help a girl out??

First off I need to tell you all that I have a new obsession....

VAMPIRE DIARIES!

Oh man, such a good show. My friend Kourtney basically forced me to take season one from her to watch it. So I started watching.. and now I am HOOKED! Sometimes I wish I was a vampire. haha

But for real, Brooklynn takes a nap and this is what I see.
Jamba Juice, diet coke, and vampire diaries.
pathetic i know!

ANYWAY,

I need some help.
I'm in need for a low calorie cook book that has delicious recipes!
Please Please Please let me know if you know of any!
THANKS A MILLION!!

Easy! Rocco Dispirito's Now Eat This. He takes food, cuts calories to next to nothing, and it still tastes great!

Biggest Loser Books are great, plus they menu out your day. I've also found a love for Kraftkitchen.com. Their easy recepies and they give all of the nutritional information. To help me count my calories I use caloriecount.about.com. I love it!

Hi Lady, I don't think you need a "low" calorie book, but you just need to make the calories you're eating vitamin dense!

Right now I'm cooking through "Paleo Comfort Foods" and "Make it Paleo" cookbooks! I eat as much and as often as I like, but I don't eat sugar, grains or processed foods and I feel awesomeee!! Just wanted to let you know there are lots of options out there and low calorie/low fat are not the only options (in fact they aren't even that good for you) :)

Have a good day

Um okay. I have a SEROIUS obsession for Vampire Diaries. I'm pretty much in love with the whole cast too. They're just all so pretty! Especially Damon and Steffan (I have a major crush on both...don't tell my husband, wait, he already knows ha) Um as for low cal cook books, like Caitlin said, Pinterest is AWESOME with recipes. Check it out for sure. Total money savor too. And look for recipes that call for fresh ingredients, no "cheats" as I like to call them, ex. canned soups. Good luck finding some recipes. Let me know if I can help yah out!
