Okay, so I have been super slacking on my weight loss journey updating.
I was doing really well, then I went on vacation and I gained back all the weight I had lost.
Vacations are killer.
But I've gotten back on track.
Last week I had less than 1200 calories a day and did at least one p90x video a day.
At the beginning of the week I weighed
This morning I weighed in and am now
Wooohooo!!! My diet is working.. I just need to stick with it.
Oh and on top of that I have almost quit drinking diet coke ( I still have one a day).
That has caused me to drink lots more water which I think has significantly helped me with my dieting.
I will again weigh in every monday.
We go on our cruise in about 8 weeks!
