Weight Loss Journey Update... finally..

Okay, so I have been super slacking on my weight loss journey updating.
I was doing really well, then I went on vacation and I gained back all the weight I had lost. 
Vacations are killer.
But I've gotten back on track.
Last week I had less than 1200 calories a day and did at least one p90x video a day.

At the beginning of the week I weighed 
145lbs

This morning I weighed in and am now
140lbs!!

Wooohooo!!! My diet is working.. I just need to stick with it.

Oh and on top of that I have almost quit drinking diet coke ( I still have one a day). 
That has caused me to drink lots more water which I think has significantly helped me with my dieting.

I will again weigh in every monday.
We go on our cruise in about 8 weeks!
yikes!!!

*saw this on pinterest and it motivates me to get going.

You're doing great! I love the quote at the end. I'm on a weight loss journey too, and it's never easy, but it's a much better lifestyle than what was in store for me beforehand. I commend you for what you are doing! And thanks for the inspiration. :)

Jenna good job that is huge!! I could never lose 5 lbs in a week! Oh and I thought I'd throw my two cents about the headband. I love it and would totally wear it in a more masculine color like gray or yellow. Pink might look to babyish for a woman but I love the idea! Is that all the crafting you've been doing? :)

Good job! Be very careful about dropping your calories that low especially while doing P90X. You may lose at first but in a few weeks your body will go into "starve" mode and stop losing. Doing P90X everyday you shouldn't be eating less then 1500-1600 calories. Just make sure it's all good clean food and the weight will go!

Good for you!!! That's a great accomplishment!! Don't be discouraged if you gain a few more pounds back, it'll probably bet water weight. Just keep going and keep your head up, you're doing great already!

Well, go you! I've just started my weight loss journey. It's just so hard. I think i've started it like 50 times literally already and always leads to NOTHING. :( I need the motivation you have! Thats so awesome that you lost 5 pounds! <3

Girl.... you are doing GREAT! p90x was my best friend and my worst enemy... It got me to lose the last 10ish lbs... but don't get frustrated with weight fluxuation. It's normal... and mostly water weight. :) Trust & believe... you CAN do it. I'll be your #1 fan.
